Hazardous Weather/Unforeseen Circumstances
The High Five Pedal Tours also reserves the right to cancel any tour because of hazardous weather or unforeseen circumstances; if a tour is cancelled on behalf of High Five Pedal Tours or weather, customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rain check.
Inappropriate Behavior
Inappropriate Behavior will result in termination of your tour & $200-$1000 penalty and damage penalty.
Examples include, but not limited to:
- Arriving intoxicated or becoming excessively intoxicated while on the tour
- Jumping off the bike during a tour
- Public urination
- Public display of nudity
Damage Penalty includes:
- Cost of the repair, plus cost of loss of booked tours.
- Reschedule/Cancellation
High Five Pedal Tours offers rain checks to any party wishing to reschedule up to 10 days prior to their tour time. Within 10 days, no refunds or rain checks will be offered if a tour is cancelled by booking party.
